Went 1-1 at Technical Thai Boxing Series over the weekend. Both athletes did well and both know where we need to improve. Onward and upward!!

Farewell spar sesh for our good friend, teammate and mentor . Scott will moving to the the motherland of Muay Thai and while I’m sure he will still be teeping folks across the mats, I know he’ll be enjoying much deserved R&R! Much love for you Scott and looking forward to seeing you in the land of smiles!! You will be missed.

Join us as we say farewell to one of our teammates Robyn as he continues his journey leading Abuse Relief Corps in Ghana. This Saturday after 11am sparring we are going to have a potluck/bbq on the beach near the Oceanside Pier to celebrate friends and family!!!
