G*T LA Class: Training with our ladies this weekend, we are going into empty hand training as we have already gone through come alongs, seven mano, wrist locks, and grappling. We're just trying to make sure they have a basic understanding upon a block, grapple, lock, and escape. Even as a beginner, we still wanna make sure that what they do is effective for self-defense training
