Played some of my worst rounds recently this fall, but I was reminded of all the achievements I made in 2025:

⛳️ Got handicap to its lowest ever (and then watched it balloon back up in the fall 🙃)
⛳️ Won two amateur tournaments in the spring: Strawberry Farms and Rancho Bernardo Inn
⛳️ Not only did I shoot even par at an executive course for the first time, but I did it at THREE different courses! Mission Bay GC, National City GC, and Roadrunner GC (Borrego Springs)
⛳️ Broke 80 at three new courses. Add them to the list!
⛳️ My worst scores were high 80s. Never carded a round in the 90s the entire year.

Time to start laying out the 2026 goals!

Business is booming. Kids are older. I think it's a good time to bring back Saturday sessions 😊

Power = Strength + Speed. Compliment your strength training (deadlift, bench press, etc.) with some explosive medicine ball exercises ⛳️🎾⚾️🏒

Regardless of age or handicap, all golfers (and other athletes) benefit from having an exercise regimen that is programmed specifically for them.

✔️ Increased power
✔️ Better balance and control
✔️ Quicker recovery

When I started 11 years ago, my slogan was "It's about YOU and YOUR results." I may not use that line anymore, but I still treat clients with that same focus.
