📆The dates are a little whacky, as we will be taking off two consecutive weeks in observance of Labor Day weekend and also the International Flag League San Diego tournament.

🤜🏽🤛🏽We want ALL the competition from the other local leagues. Come play with us, no conflict of interests, no directors playing, no referees participating, just transparent competition. We are small but mighty, & our little league is ready for all the comp coming.

Format: 6 Man OTCS RULES
📍 Poway High School + Mt. Carmel High School
🗓️ May 31st | June 7th | June 14th | June 28th | July 12th
⏰ 12PM–5PM

💥 What to expect:
• Double headers every week
• Weekly game highlights 🎥
• Gold & Silver divisions
• Championship rings for the winners 💍

💰 Fees:
• $275 Team Fee
• $80 Individual Player
• $50 deposit locks your team in (goes toward fee)

The Prospects Youth Flag Football League is built for the next generation of athletes—focused on development, competition, and opportunity in a fun, inclusive environment. As a non-profit, low-cost program, our mission is to make high-level flag football accessible to all families while keeping the game competitive and exciting.

Our league follows the Olympic-style format that will be showcased in the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games, featuring fast-paced, non-contact play that emphasizes speed, skill, and football IQ. This style is built around a 5-on-5 format with no linemen, creating more touches, more action, and more opportunities for every athlete on the field.

We are proud to offer 4 divisions of a coed format, promoting inclusivity and teamwork while giving both boys and girls the chance to compete together and grow their love for the game.

To ensure fairness and competitive balance, all teams are draft-based, allowing us to evenly distribute talent and create parity across the league. This keeps every game competitive, engaging, and development-focused.
