Yesterday hit back and triceps; today shoulders and calves at Worlds. Trying to add some mass in the next 6 weeks with a high volume body part split.

Hitting the gym hard is only half the battle; most progress comes from the time spent outside the gym. Think to yourself how am I progressing outside the gym; if your eating Wendys and sleeping 3 hours a night you've already lost half the battle.
