Posing is a performing art: every mandatory, every transition, every moment you hold that breath under the lights is deliberate.
On stage, you’re not just showing a physique—you’re painting a live picture with angles, tension, and timing.
Competitors who respect posing as an art form don’t just stand there; they compose each shot, connect each pose, and guide the judges’ eyes exactly where they want them.
Your routine is your signature. The stage is your gallery. Treat every second out there like you’re curating a masterpiece in real time.

Practice isn’t supposed to look perfect, it’s supposed to look committed. Every rep, every pose, every take is you quietly building the version of you nobody’s met yet. Keep showing up for her.

2025 vs 2026 same bikini, same date, but +6 lbs and lighting difference (unfortunately can’t control that here) I was curious what the two physiques looked like a year apart. Glutes, quads, and hamstrings are noticeably fuller, with more shape up top. I also made slight tweaks to my upper‑body positioning and hip twist, which help showcase the muscle and flow of the pose even more. I still have progress to make and areas to improve but I’m really enjoying this season I’m in right now and I’m grateful I get to do what I love 💕💕💕💕
Little bit of delts, little bit of glutes; all about building shape, symmetry, and strength from the side view.

Women’s competition posing can make or break your package on show day and most athletes wait too long to dial it in. This July, I’m hosting two small-group posing classes designed to help you look confident, polished, and undeniable under the lights.
On Thursday, July 11 at 12:30 PM, we’re at Gold’s Gym Hendersonville, and on Thursday, July 18 at 12:30 PM, we’re at Fuel Fortress Nashville. In each class, we’ll drill stage walks, quarter turns, transitions, and presentation so your posing actually matches the physique you’ve worked so hard for.
These sessions are catering to fit model, bikini, wellness, figure, and women’s physique competitors; from first-timers to seasoned athletes who know their posing needs a tune-up or just extra practice. You’ll get hands-on corrections, clear cues, and repeatable routines you can take straight into peak week.
If you’re tired of feeling stiff, unsure, or “almost there” in your poses, this is your chance to refine your flow and own the moment when you step on stage.

Stronger legs start at the trunk. When your core, glutes, and back stay locked in, you create a stable base so every squat, lunge, and hinge can actually load the muscle instead of your joints.
Straight‑arm pulldowns to fire the lats, hammer strength rows to build thickness, underhand rows for lower‑lat focus, and a medium‑grip pulldown to hit that full back line. Then I finished with cable lateral raises and shoulder presses to build strong, rounded delts that support a healthy upper body. Save this for your next back + shoulder day and tag me if you try it.
Prime Day pick I actually use 👀
I keep Orgain creatine in my routine because it’s:
• 5 g micronized creatine monohydrate per scoop
• Unflavored, so it disappears into my coffee, shakes, or pre
• Simple ingredients and no weird fillers
Creatine helps with strength, power, and recovery so you can push harder in your sessions and bounce back better between them. It’s one of the few supplements that’s actually well‑researched, especially for women who lift.
Orgain creatine is up to 20% off on Amazon for Prime Day, so it’s a good time to stock up if you’ve been curious about trying it. Grab it through the link in my bio.
