Class is donation based, give what you can.

Class takes place at our favorite downtown venue Quartyard Class starts at 10am.

Bring a mat, water, and something for under your mat. RSVP in the bio or just show up. Bring a friend and grab brunch afterwards 🍳

Join us at Una Más on Adams for an all levels yoga flow with Wolf & Lion founder Elyssa Swann (Elyssa Swann) followed by a community hang.

Your ticket includes yoga class and chips and salsa. Food and drinks specials will be available for all attendees.

Una Mas offers Baja inspired food and craft beer. We’re excited to spend the morning with movement, good people and delicious food.
