Shifting eating patterns takes a long, sustained process, and it IS possible. Oftentimes, it takes providing practical, tangible options that people feel are accessible. Addressing the fiber deficit in diets doesn't have to come at the expense of the current protein conversation, and here are some steps you can share.

Trending topics can lead to meaningful engagement. Like addressing that most Americans consume plenty of protein, but we fall far short in eating enough fiber and whole grains. What's more, the current protein craze has real risks when not monitored.
