A fresh opportunity to grow, compete and become part of something bigger than themselves.

Players can expect practices with purpose, coaches who teach the details of the game and an environment that challenges them to improve—both individually and as teammates.

They will be asked to communicate, make decisions, accept coaching, take accountability and learn how to contribute to the team.

There will be new roles, new challenges and plenty of opportunities to develop.

At LSBA, we teach players how to read the floor, make decisions, move without the ball and play within a team. They learn offensive concepts, defensive rotations, how to handle pressure and how to respond when the game changes.

We are not only preparing players to complete a drill.

It is built through effort, attitude, coachability, communication, teamwork and accountability.

Those standards apply in practices, in games, after mistakes and in the moments when no one is keeping score.

FOCUSED WORK. INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION.

Private 1-on-1 Skill Sessions give players dedicated time with an LSBA coach to focus on their individual game.

Whether your player needs to strengthen a specific skill, clean up technique or build confidence, the session is shaped around what they need most.
