🛡️ CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND 🛡️

What a weekend for these Warriors ⚾️

Back-to-back tournament championship appearances. Two long days of baseball. Intense heat. Countless innings. And not once did these boys back down.

The results are something to celebrate, but we’re even more proud of the effort, grit, and resilience they showed every inning, every at-bat, and every play. These young men left everything they had on the field and represented our team, families, and community with heart.

Baseball isn’t always about the trophy. It’s about showing up when you’re tired, pushing through adversity, supporting your teammates, and continuing to compete when conditions get tough.

This weekend, our Warriors did exactly that.

We’re proud of every player, coach, and family who made it happen. The future is bright for this group.

📖 Weekly Scripture | Discipline

“I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”

This week our Warriors are learning about discipline through the story of Daniel’s resolve (Daniel 1).

Daniel chose obedience and discipline even when it wasn’t easy. He stood firm in his faith and trusted God with the outcome.

⚾ In baseball and in life, discipline is what helps us grow.
It’s showing up when it’s hard.
It’s doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
It’s honoring God through our effort, attitude, and actions.

Great players train their bodies.
Great warriors train their character and faith.

💪 Keep working. Keep growing. Keep honoring God in everything you do.

After the work is done, we come together in prayer.
Grateful for the effort. Thankful for the growth. Grounded in faith.

These moments matter just as much as reps, drills, and wins. Warrior Baseball isn’t just how we play — it’s how we show up for each other.

This week, our Warriors are learning about perseverance through The Race of Faith (Hebrews 11). Just like in baseball—and in life—the race isn’t always easy. There will be challenges, setbacks, and moments when quitting feels easier than continuing.

⚾ Perseverance means showing up, giving your best effort, and trusting God through every inning of the journey. The ultimate prize comes from enduring with faith, discipline, and heart.
