Amateurs in general don’t practice putting effectively, but almost none of that practice is dedicated to green reading. It’s the least practiced skill in the sport, and it’s a big reason why nobody putts as well as they want.

Green reading is just math. No feel required!

The skill of face control beats a “perfect” putting stroke every time. Face and speed control are the only two technical things you need at impact to putt well.

Every part of the putt is not created equally. The last few feet are the most important.

Where the face is pointed at impact with your putter determines nearly everything about what a ball is going to do.

Strike and path don’t make much of a difference determining start line.
