Private and small group lessons in Taekwondo & Self-Defense, Birthday Parties, Seminars, and more
We offer Traditional Taekwondo and Mu Duk Kwan Taekwondo combined with our unique style of self-defense. Our in-person private and small group classes are currently available by appointment only, in addition to our year-round online lessons both in Taekwondo and Self-Defense via Zoom. We also offer birthday parties, self-defense seminars, large private group and corporate events in the San Antonio area.

Grandmaster Ro Insler offers private and group self-defense lessons and seminars in San Antonio TX as well as in Hackensack NJ.
Upcoming belt test for 3rd Dan Black Belt, July 18, 2026 will be held in Hackensack NJ.
