I’m Nicole Goss, a seasoned fitness professional with 15+ years experience in health and fitness. I’m a military spouse and mother of 2 and I began my journey in 2008 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. My expertise spans sports medicine, ortho, rehab, acute care, and pelvic floor physical therapy. Currently contracted at The Bar Athletic Club & Supplements, I’ve been helping clients exceed their health and fitness goals since 2012. Almighty God, we come humbly before your throne to worship you, to honor you, to praise you and give you all the glory. We give thanks to you for you are good and your love endures forever. For you are holy righteous, worthy, mighty, majestic and matchless and we rejoice saying Hallelujah to you oh Lord. We cry out to you confessing and repenting our sins with a contrite and broken heart, choosing to turn from our sin and to follow you with our whole heart. Search our hearts Lord, examine them. Show us if there is anything that does not glorify or honor you within us and cleanse us. Create in us a pure heart. Turn our hearts, eyes, and minds from worthless things and fix our eyes on you Jesus. Give us a desperation for your presence and your Word. We need you Jesus. When we follow the world’s counterfeit blueprint for success, we dull our spiritual attunement. We begin to chase a version of “purpose” that God never authored. And in the process, we silence His voice—the only voice that can reveal His good, pleasing, and perfect will for us.

When we run after platform, title, money, popularity, visibility, affirmation, or status, we end up drained and spiritually dry. The further we drift away from Christ, the more we lose sight of our true purpose—and the more empty and unsatisfied we become. (1 John 2:15-18)

But everything changes the moment we lay down our lives as a living sacrifice. (Romans 12:1)
When we tune out the noise of the world, the voice of Jesus becomes clearer. He leads us along the narrow path and into the calling He specifically designed for us—one far more meaningful and fulfilling than anything the world could ever offer. (Matthew 7: 13-14)

Because the enemy is a deceiver, he wants you to believe that God’s way means missing out. That surrender means lack. That obedience means limitation.

Lord I cry out to you! Hear my plea, make me poor in spirit, make me humble and meek before you. Give me a desperation for you. Like a deer pants for the water make me pant for your living water, your Word, and your presence. Come and sit on the throne of my heart King Jesus. Remove every high place and idol that sits in your rightful place. Give me a hatred for evil and my sin. Break my heart for what breaks yours. Give me your heart. Give me your eyes. Expand my understanding of your love. Transform me and turn my whole soul to you. Show me my sin. Remove every ounce of self-deception and pride standing in the way of lament and repentance. Are you aware of the power within you through Christ Jesus? Do you believe that the same resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells within you empowering you to do all things in Christ? When did we become a weak and defenseless people of the Almighty God? Do we actually believe what scripture says about us and our authority that He has given us? We are a people who fight from victory with God’s power to overcome, endure, or persevere through any circumstance. We speak with His power by declaring His word as a weapon against spiritual warfare. Are you using it? It is the sword of the Spirit, not a butter knife. Stand firm with His full armor filled with His power and Spirit to fight against all attacks of the enemy. Speak in the name of Jesus His truth over yourself, your family, and your brothers and sisters. Walk with boldness and courage, not in fear or cowardice. Rise up, declare His truth, remain steadfast and unmovable in your faith. You have His power, at all times, if you truly believe it.

I just spent the past hour and a half in the presence of the Lord, unpacking all that has happened over the past 3 days, and I still don’t have language for what has been transformed and activated within me. To be in a room filled with women who have a desperation and hunger for our Almighty God, with hearts completely surrendered and arms lifted high, was something that could never be fully explained. We stood on holy ground in the presence of God, touched by the Spirit of Jesus. Chains were broken, strongholds demolished, purpose activated, oil poured out from heaven as we knelt before the Lamb in complete reverence and awe. What I can say is that I am forever changed, and a ferocious fire for the Kingdom has been lit. We are being propelled forward into the world as mighty warrior daughters for the Kingdom, called and commissioned, and there is no turning back. Propel Women

I am still in complete and utter amazement of how the Spirit of God moved this last Wednesday and Thursday at PaulAnn Church and at Goodfellow AFB. A year ago when I came home from Beast Games I was standing in our worship service praising God when He gave me a vision of me standing in front of our church’s youth sharing my testimony of what He did there. Fast forward to this January when the show aired, I tried persistently to set up a time to be able share my testimony with the youth but the timing just wasn’t lining up for me to speak to them. I was super discouraged and thought “maybe I’m not supposed to share, maybe I need to just be quiet.” My husband encouraged me to not give up and also gave me some wisdom. He said to me “maybe you’re asking God the wrong questions.” I was trying to speak on my own but maybe there was someone I was actually supposed to partner with. We both went to prayer and I very clearly heard the names of some of the contestants that I connected with at the show who I knew loved Jesus. My husband received in prayer visions of us speaking to the youth and also received instructions for putting on a praise and worship night on base which was confirmed by some of the students at Goodfellow who also wanted to have a worship night. We then presented a 2 night collaborative event with PaulAnn church to include inviting the entire city of San Angelo’s youth. I knew God had something bigger than Beast Games planned and the impact that His presence had on those who were present in the room was breathtaking. This is just the beginning of something big God is doing on the earth and there is a fire that has been sparked and it’s going to spread like wildfire. It’s time for all of us as the church to come before the Lord in repentance and reverence with our eyes and hearts fixed on Jesus and hands open wide. Because He is looking for surrendered, yielded vessels to go out in boldness to all the ends of the earth. Are we going to be willing, available and obedient? Acts 1:8
