When I think of ink, printing, dyeing, and truly customizing baseball items, I think of DCGloves . I wanted to make sure I printed him some custom baseballs as a small expression of my gratitude for the art he shares with us all.

Not only is Devin incredibly talented, but he is also one of the best people in the baseball glove world.

I’m looking forward to sharing more custom prints as our custom baseball program continues to take shape!

Pad printers are used to print logos directly onto baseballs. Each ball is manually loaded and centered before being printed. We make our plates and print our baseballs in the USA, which means we can bring your custom baseball ideas to life quickly.

We can facilitate orders now. Our new customization platform, with more baseball options is coming in October 2026!

I’ve been wanting to share this for a long time.

In late October, we’re launching our Custom Baseball Builder! Over the past few months, I’ve researched inks, tested printers, and expanded our baseball inventory to five different models. We’re also working on certifications to take things even further.

Let’s just say, it’s going to be really fun.

All printing will be done in house, which means we can offer low volume orders and faster turnaround times. Our baseballs are already being used by several leagues, teams, and facilities.

Baseballs shouldn’t have to be boring. This gives us the ability to create fun, unique, and meaningful baseballs for you.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the designs from the builder.

Creating and making things is an important part of Yardley Sports. I draw inspiration from many areas, including vintage athletics, cars, music, and shoes. Running a business while balancing the art side of things is challenging. I could create all day and be happier doing that than making any sales in that same day.

With that being said, I am focusing my time and energy on things that I love and think are cool. I hope you enjoy some of the new projects, like this small ball bag I’m working on, which will be accompanied by a larger one. These will feature our Trusty Dog logo.

We’re also updating our Ibex glove builder and creating a new custom baseball line. I’m so excited about this. More to come!

For now, thanks for following along. I hope you enjoy a few behind the scenes looks at the tools I use to prototype and make things like the ball bag.

These logos are a callback to one of my favorite vintage sports brands. I have been working on them late at night over the past few days, and they have been a fun reminder of why I love classic design.

SU Baseball has been an incredible supporter of Yardley Sports, and we are grateful to partner with them for the Yardley Classic this weekend!

We will be splitting our time between Beaver and Cedar City with the trailer. We will have discounts on products and plenty of giveaways, including batting gloves, wristbands, and arm sleeves while supplies last.

Note: Our shop dog, Trusty, is getting old and has been very sick. We plan to keep the trailer open from 9:00 to 5:00 each day, but we may have to leave unexpectedly if he needs us. Thank you for your understanding.

Repurposing this Air Force gear into a catcher’s mitt for a future cadet. Follow along to the end to see the finished glove.

We are opening a few spots next week for custom orders. We will also be releasing our first stock Service Collection and Legacy Collection gloves later this month.

We know this theme song is from a movie about Navy pilots, but when I see the Air Force, this song comes to mind.

Thank you to everyone who has served. I listened to veterans’ stories while making this glove, and I was reminded of the sacrifice, dedication, and commitment of those who serve. I am truly grateful for your service.

Southern Utah Baseball has been an incredible supporter and friend of Yardley Sports, and we’re excited to be part of the Yardley Sports Classic again this year.
