Saint Augustine Ballet Saint Augustine Ballet is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization that believes dance is an essential part of any thriving community.

Saint Augustine Ballet is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to providing dance instruction and giving the community professional quality ballet performances Our mission is to involve community members of all ages in meaningful dance experiences, whether as a participating dancer or audience member. We produce two classical ballets each year and our cast and crew has grown to include over 100 participants under the direction of SAB Artistic Director, Luis Abella. Our productions have played before sold out audiences and are seen by over 3,000 people annually.

This October, step into a world of passion, power, and eternal love as Saint Augustine Ballet presents DRACULA — a hauntingly beautiful ballet brought to life for two unforgettable performances in two cities! 🩰🌙

For the first time, we’re bringing Dracula to Palm Coast, followed by our St. Augustine performance at Lewis Auditorium.

For the first time, audiences in Palm Coast will have the opportunity to experience our hauntingly beautiful production filled with powerful dancing, dramatic storytelling, and the mystery of Bram Stoker’s legendary tale.

🧛‍♂️ MEET OUR DRACULA — GUEST DANCER LEO OKUNO 🩸

Saint Augustine Ballet is thrilled to welcome Leo Okuno Leo Okuno as Dracula in both performances of our upcoming production!

Leo has trained nationally and internationally with Sarasota Cuban Ballet, Conservatório Internacional de Dança Annarella Sanchez in Portugal, and Atlanta Ballet 2. His professional stage experience includes full-length productions of Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Giselle, and Yuri Possokhov’s The Nutcracker. He is currently in his first season with the Sarasota Cuban Ballet Studio Company 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭

We can’t wait to see Leo bring the mysterious and powerful Count Dracula to life! 🩸

One of our favorite SAB traditions returns September 19 & 20!

For many years, our annual Photo Shoot has given SAB dancers and Nutcracker cast members the opportunity to capture beautiful memories of their roles, costumes, and ballet journey. ❤️ There is something so special about looking back and seeing how our dancers grow from year to year—and remembering each Nutcracker role along the way! 🎄✨

We are excited to welcome back Adrian Marrero of ArtisticPixels . As a former ballet dancer himself, Adrian understands ballet technique, lines, positions, and movement, helping dancers feel comfortable and look their very best in front of the camera.

For 18 years, Saint Augustine Ballet has brought this beloved holiday classic to our community, giving our dancers the incredible opportunity to take the stage, become part of a timeless Christmas tradition, and perform alongside professional guest artists. ✨
