Diamond Defense owner Lisa Thew provides R.A.D. Systems-based women's self-defense training throughout Northern California. From learning how to build defense awareness in daily living and lessen the chances of being targeted for attack to learning practical and effective physical defense techniques, our mission is to provide women with the knowledge and options they need to keep themselves safe.
