The Cyclone Health Clinic and ARcare staff will be providing FREE School Physicals‼️
It is very important that Parents/Legal Guardians fill out the paperwork with all signatures before your students Physical Day‼️

This will include incoming 7th to 12th graders that will need sports physicals and marching band members!

May 18th: RHS Arena 8:30am TO 4:30pm
May 19th: RJHS 8:30am to 12pm & RMS 12:45pm to 4:30pm
