Mark your calendars for September 26, 2026 - the Amy Caprio classic is coming to Exile barbell club! All proceeds will go to Barcs animal shelter in memory of Officer Amy Caprio #5785. Yesterday was pretty damn cool… 😌
It was a great opportunity to be able to compete at along side some strong athletes. It was a unique and new experience for me to lift in that kind of competition setting and I loved it! Big shoutout to for partnering up with me and throwin down like we never left! Walked away with a combined total of 1200lbs 🥇

Huge thank you to and to Ross’ family for coming to watch and recording some videos!

3rd Attempt: 187.5kg/413.4lbs ⚪️⚪️⚪️
6th Straight Bench Nationals win🥇and headed to Poland later this year for Bench Worlds!
Fun little trip into Vegas, saw some buddies, and had a good time. Now the focus shifts towards getting right and prepping for Raw Nationals in March!
Big thanks to my coach , all of my friends and teammates at and , PT , and the wonderful for getting me prepped for this weekend.
And shoutout to fellow Marylander and competitor on a PR tie post-op. That 400+ bench is right around the corner.
