As many of you know, diving has given me a lot over the years. It has helped me find focus, peace, confidence, and connection when I needed it most.

I’m helping spread the word about a pilot Recovery Discovery Scuba Experience taking place on June 21, 2026. The program is designed to explore how scuba diving can support mental wellness, recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

The cost is $50 per participant (reduced from the regular $99) to help cover pool time and equipment.
