Let’s say you only have 6 months to make something happen.

You keep asking God to remove the pressure.

Maybe the better prayer is:

“God, make me strong enough to carry what You’ve given me.”

There are seasons where responsibility feels heavy.

Providing.
Leading.
Protecting.
Working.
Being a husband.
Being a father.
Taking care of your body.
Showing up when you don’t feel like showing up.

You may not have asked for all of it.

That doesn’t change the fact that it’s yours to carry.

And sometimes becoming the man you’re supposed to become means accepting that the weight isn’t going anywhere.

You have to get stronger.

Physically.
Mentally.
Spiritually.

If your health has become one of the responsibilities you’ve been avoiding, stop waiting for life to slow down.

It probably won’t.

Build a body and a level of discipline capable of handling your life.

I’m not here to be everybody’s coach.

I will never hide my faith or my passion for the Lord.
I’m a coach, not a cheerleader. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you, correct you, and tell you the truth when the truth is uncomfortable.

I can build the plan.
I can adjust the nutrition.
I can program the training.
I can give you structure, accountability, and direction.

But I cannot do the work for you.

I believe discipline beats motivation.
I believe empathy and accountability can coexist.
I believe sustainable results beat shortcuts.
And I believe you don’t need perfection—you need enough consistent ex*****on to force change.
