It was year #3 for FCA reppin IRONMAN Triathlon Bike Aid station #1 with our Equip Fitness - FCA Fitness Gym athletes trading the bib number to serve these amazing fellow athletes. There were more crashes, bike issues and athlete needs than any other year and it is such a blessing to be there for people ❀️πŸ’ͺ It’s inspiring to cheer, support and serve athletes giving it their all!
Big shout out to Heaston & Thompson Dr Liz for being an angel swooping in to help a stranger in need. This community loves like Jesus! Well done Visit Tri-Cities, WA
