We made progress at Cycleland last weekend. Qualifying was tough but Kai was able to move forward in the heat race finishing third. Going green into turn 1 in the feature proved to be a scary sight as the center of the field got tangled and collected Kai. That was strike one on yellows and it was followed by another incident a few laps later. We will be back at Cycleland in just a few weeks with the Clone! 3 in a row on the season! Kai had picked up the Main event win the last 3 races he has run in the clone! This has allowed the extension of the points lead back to 24 points. Next weekend is an off weekend from Cycleland. Stay tuned for next upcoming races.

Had a great start to the night by winning the heat race. Started outside front row of the feature and led lap 1. Got passed for the lead but ran a solid second until having a motor issue. Unfortunately after looking deeper into the engine issue it was found to be something that couldn’t be repaired easily. This weekend Kai will be back in the clone at Cycleland Speedway - Chico Ca!
