Beautiful day in the high Sierra. Avoid the summer heat with one of the hikes off Tioga Road. With higher elevation, expect more moderate temps. The sun is still brutal on the body and dehydrating though - drink your water & electrolytes, pack sunblock, hat and sunglasses.

Our last Beginner Backpacking Course in Yosemite was filled with so many smiles that it was hard to choose what to post!

These gals spent the night in the wilderness for their very first time. Skill building, lake dips & of course good old fun.
