Iowa Professional of the Year - Nicole Berger

A dedicated RSPA professional for over 20 years, Nicole continues to make a lasting impact on the game across Iowa. As President of Iowa Tennis 4U, she players to tennis each year through accessible park and rec programming in the Des Moines area. Nicole also leads the way in adaptive tennis as a Head Wheelchair Tennis Professional, providing clinics, coaching tournament players, and partnering with Adaptive Sports Iowa to keep opportunities accessible—often at no cost—through successful grant funding.

In addition, she serves as Tennis Director and Head Women’s Coach at Simpson College and Head Boys Coach at Norwalk High School, while continuing to invest in facilities, programming, and player development at every level.
