Ryan Bradburn reached out to me looking for some people to join a Ragnar Relay team. Please see his message below and reach out to him with any questions!

"We're looking for a couple folks to join a team we've got signed up for the Ragnar Relay April 17-18. It's a relay where each member of the team runs 3 segments, totally about 15 miles of trails at Centennial Park. If you know anyone who might be interested (i.e.: crazy enough), they can message me. Our team so far is a wide mix of runners/joggers."

UPDATE: WE WILL START ON THURSDAY 3/19!

Get your walking shoes on! We will start walking on 3/17@ 6:30 at the Latta Barn in the Battlefield Park! Hope you can join us. It will be every Tuesday and Thursday night @6:30.

PG Walk/Run Club will have a new name in 2026 and a new page! When I created this page I intended for everyone to be able to post. That is not the case AND I want this to be inclusive to any kind of fitness or exercise so I have started a group that hopefully will acomplish those two goals! Join me!

Wanting to make some changes in the new year - considering switching to a platform where everyone can post (I thought that's what I was setting up originally) and switching this to PG Fitness instead of walk/run. Anyone doing any kind of physical fitness could post or share and paid options could post once a month. Any and all feedback is welcome!

The 5am walking group still meets Monday Wednesday and Friday at the pump house on Garland McKee. We walk the golf cart path in Valley View. We would love to have more join us. The weather is cooling off finally. Let me know if you plan to join.

Happy Wednesday wonderful walkers! We are changing the location for Thursday night walks @ 6:30 to 1650 Major Stone Circle Prairie Grove we are changing because the park closes at dark and it’s getting dark so early! Hope everyone will join us!♥️
