From everyone who stepped up to take the plunge 🥶💦, to those who came out to watch, laugh, cheer, donate, and support — YOU made this one to remember! 💙💛
A HUGE shoutout to everyone who helped set up, tear down, keep things running, and especially all of our brave dunk-tank victims who were willing to get take the plunge! 😂👏🏼
The laughs were nonstop, the water was flying, and the support was AMAZING! 💦🤣

Some stories aren't measured by the number of wins, championship banners, or trophies collected along the way. The greatest stories are written in loyalty, sacrifice, friendships, and the legacy left behind. This is one of those stories.
From the very first days of Oil Valley Lightning, these four young women believed in something that was the beginning. They didn't join a tradition, they helped create one.
Together they have spent countless hours on the field, in the batting cages, and long tournament weekends. They have celebrated walk-off wins, fought through heartbreaking losses, laughed until they cried, and picked each other up when the game became difficult. Through every season, every inning, and every challenge, they wore the OVL jersey with pride, passion, and unwavering heart.
As they close the final chapter of their 18U careers, it's impossible not to feel a mix of pride and sadness. They've grown from little girls chasing a softball into remarkable young women ready to chase their dreams beyond the diamond. Watching that journey has been one of the greatest privileges this organization has ever known.
Their impact reaches far beyond the scoreboard. They became role models for every young player who dreamed of one day wearing the OVL jersey. They showed what commitment looks like. They taught leadership by example. They proved that character matters just as much as talent, and that family is built through trust, hard work, and love for one another.
To our Original OVL Girls—thank you.
Thank you for taking a chance on a brand-new organization. Thank you for every practice, every game you gave your heart to, every bruise, every sacrifice, every celebration, every hug after a tough loss, and every memory you've given us. Thank you for leaving this program stronger than you found it.
While your playing days with Oil Valley Lightning have come to an end, your story here never will. Your names are forever woven into the foundation of this organization, and your legacy will live on in every young athlete who proudly wears the OVL jersey. They may never know all the sacrifices you made, but they will benefit from the path you helped pave.
No matter where life takes you next, always remember that this field will always feel like home, these teammates will always be family, and this organization will always be cheering you on.
We love you and we are incredibly proud of the women you've become, and we cannot wait to see all that you accomplish in the next chapter of your lives. 💙🤍💛⚡️🥎
