logo design, branding, and consulting Ryan Connelly hails from the Swisshelm Park suburb of Pittsburgh. Ryan appreciates simple design with a classic approach.
He enjoys working with a variety of mediums and favors unconventional projects that allow him to infuse his own creative touch, such as revitalizing barns across western Pennsylvania with painted Mail Pouch logos and lending his interior design ingenuity to the family of a deployed US service member in the form of a 4-foot Pittsburgh Penguins logo painted on his “man cave” wall as a surprise upon
his return. He has worked with small businesses and local organizations in numerous industries to include service and construction, designing logos and creating original advertising pieces such as banners, flags, and t-shirts. He has also lent his talents to the 171st Air Refueling Wing of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard to provide the flare and distinguishment of custom artwork for their mission-essential military aircraft. To date, his most impactful project has been the rebranding a local adult hockey team, where he created an original logo and constructed jerseys with nothing more than thread, tackle twill, and his Singer sewing machine. For his 9-to-5 Ryan drafts telecommunication networks and floor plans, a field he’s worked in for the past 15 years. Ryan is the owner of Houndogg Designs and his latest projects can be found online here, at his blog: http://project840.blogspot.com/ updates on twitter: https://twitter.com/houndogg email: [email protected]
