To our clients who have been without power — please know that Hunter Pilates is here for you.

Our studio is a safe, welcoming place for our community. If you need to charge your phone, take a hot shower, fill up your water bottle, cool off, or simply have somewhere comfortable to be for a little while, please come in.

You do not need to be coming in for a class. You don’t need to ask. Just come.

Sometimes being a studio means being more than a place to work out. It means taking care of the people who make this place what it is.

Whatever you need, our doors are open. 🤍

A little reminder before your next class 🤍

Jewelry + reformers do not mix. Rings, bracelets, watches, etc. can easily puncture, scratch, or damage the upholstery — and unfortunately, repairs aren’t cheap.

Please remove all jewelry before class and help me keep our equipment looking beautiful and in the best condition possible.

POLICY UPDATE — EFFECTIVE MONDAY, AUGUST 31ST

As classes continue to fill and waitlists become more common, we’re officially rolling out a new 12-hour policy beginning Monday, August 31st.

Up until now, my cancellation policy has only been 1 hour. I’ve always kept it that way for my clients’ benefit because I understand that life happens! However, with classes now going on waitlists, it’s simply not fair to give someone waiting for a spot only an hour’s notice that they’ve made it into class.

Moving forward:

12-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class.

12-HOUR SIGN-UP POLICY
Class sign-ups will close 12 hours before class begins.

No exceptions.

This gives everyone on the waitlist a fair opportunity to plan ahead and attend when a spot becomes available. Thank you for understanding and for helping keep our classes running smoothly!

We’re helping local students start the school year feeling prepared and confident! 💙

We’ll be collecting NEW school supplies at the studio to donate to students in our community.

ITEMS NEEDED:
• Backpacks
• Notebooks & folders
• Pencils & pens
• Crayons, markers & colored pencils
• Glue sticks
• Scissors
• Pencil cases
• Highlighters
• Binders
• Loose-leaf paper
• Lunch boxes
• Any other new school supplies!

Just bring your donations with you to class and place them in our collection area!

Even one notebook or pack of pencils can help. Let’s fill the studio with supplies and send some local kiddos back to school ready to go! 💙📚
