I have been asked about the frisbee with the gripper tab. You have to get creative and make your own. Use a wire heated on a gas stove to melt two rows of 4 holes in the middle of a frisbee. Then sew the gripper tab on
using heavy carpet thread . Here is a video showing the gripper tab design I use. The webbing can be two,or three inches wide.

Moondog and Bart playing. For those that asked if Bart is a mini…Moondog is almost 34 inches tall. Bart is now four months old and so we are introducing him to a pasture buddy when he is weaned in a few months.

Here is a page from our book “The Trick Horse Companion” on pedestal training. And a short video in the new barn showing that I do ‘practice what I preach’. If you are interested in ‘Performance Liberty’ pedestals are invaluable and add a new dimension to your training and more importantly keep the horses focused and engaged. With pedestal training there is no ‘gray area’ between your request and the horses’ response. Please take the time and look around to see what other trainers/clinicians and performers are doing. As far as I know there is no others doing anything remotely like Imagine a Horse. If you would like to set yourself apart from the crowd we are here to help.
