✨ Strong doesn’t always mean bigger ✨
One of the biggest myths about Pilates is that strength has to look a certain way.
Pilates teaches us that strength is more than muscle size — it’s how well your body moves, supports you, and works as a whole. 💛
While Pilates can absolutely build muscle and improve strength, its magic comes from combining resistance, control, alignment, mobility, and deep core activation.
The reformer springs challenge you in both directions — especially during the controlled return (eccentric phase), where your muscles work under tension to create strength, stability, and control. ✨
The goal isn’t just a body that looks strong…
It’s a body that FEELS strong.
