Trauma-informed breathwork + somatic healing
After a week of making healthcare decisions, holding space, having hard conversations, planning, and caring for others, this is what helps me recharge.
Getting my hands dirty in the Earth
Feeling the Sun on my skin
Moving my body
Nature doesn’t ask us to figure anything out. Here we can just be and receive her gifts.
As women, we move through life carrying so much mental and emotional load that we forget our nervous systems need restoration also. For me, it’s dirt, sun, and movement. This combo just clears everything out and infuses me with energy.
Remember that healing doesn’t always need to happen in the deep conversations or big breakthroughs. It’s in the little moments where you get to integrate the messages and choose differently on a daily basis.
What’s your go-to when life is full and you need to recharge your batteries?

A regulated nervous system changes more than your stress levels.
It changes:
🪶what you tolerate
🪶 what you’re attracted to
🪶 how you communicate
🪶 how safe connection feels
🪶 how deeply you trust yourself
This is the work I do with women inside my 1:1 sessions, not surface-level coping or endlessly analyzing the past. We work with the body, nervous system, stored emotional patterns, and relational conditioning at the root because when the body changes, your relationships do too.
If you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycle in different forms, message me “READY.” I’ll send you the details for working together 1:1 either online or in person.
Your nervous system is always asking one question “Is this familiar?”
Not:
“Is this healthy?”
“Is this aligned?”
“Is this good for me?”
Familiarity is what keeps you stuck in cycles you consciously want to leave. That’s why healing isn’t just mental. It has to become embodied.
When your body finally learns safety, stability, and regulation, you stop chasing what hurts. You stop abandoning yourself to maintain connection. You stop confusing anxiety for chemistry.
If this resonates, save it.
This is the work beneath the pattern.
Healing creates space. Fill it with something amazing.

You can love someone deeply and still feel unsafe in connection. That doesn’t always mean something is wrong with relationship. Your nervous system may have learned long ago that closeness comes with inconsistency, abandonment, betrayal, unpredictability, or having to stay on guard so now your body tracks everything.
It’s not because you’re dramatic or too much but because your body adapted to relationships where trust didn’t feel secure.
Many women think they need better communication skills, more self-control, or less anxiety, but many relationship patterns are rooted deeper in the nervous system.
Healing is about learning to feel safe enough in your body to stop preparing for love to disappear.
