There was a time when I thought my period was basically just the few days I was bleeding.
Now I think about it very differently.
Your menstrual cycle is an entire rhythm and your body is communicating with you throughout it.
Here are three things I wish more women knew:
🌙 Your period is only one phase of your cycle.
🌙 Your symptoms are information worth paying attention to.
🌙 You don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to start caring for yourself.
You don’t need to become perfectly “in tune” with your cycle overnight.
Start small.
Notice.
Track.
Get curious.
And when something feels outside of your normal or is significantly affecting your life, don’t dismiss it. Talk to a healthcare professional.
Menstrual wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about building a relationship with your body.
And that’s what Lunar. is here to support. 🤎

Your cycle isn’t the same every week, so why would your self-care be?
Each phase of your menstrual cycle comes with its own rhythms, energy, and needs. Learning to work with those changes, instead of fighting them, is one of the most empowering shifts you can make.
🌱 Follicular: Nourish and build as your energy returns.
☀️ Ovulatory: Continue supporting your body, even when you feel your best.
🌙 Luteal: Slow down, replenish, and prepare for your period with calming rituals.
🩸 Menstrual: Rest, restore, and give your body the care it deserves.
At Lunar., I believe menstrual wellness isn’t about striving for perfection. It’s about creating simple, intentional rituals that help you feel supported through every phase of your cycle.
✨ Which phase are you in right now?
If you’re ready to build more intentional cycle rituals, I’d love for you to explore the Lunar. collection through the link in my bio. 🌙

Supporting your cycle doesn’t have to be complicated. 🌙
Sometimes the smallest habits make the biggest difference.
Whether you’re dealing with cramps, bloating, mood swings, or simply trying to feel more connected to your body, gentle consistency often goes further than chasing the next quick fix.
Here are five simple ways to support your cycle naturally:
🌙 Prioritize restful sleep
🥣 Nourish your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods
🚶🏽♀️ Honor your energy instead of pushing through exhaustion
🌿 Create calming rituals that help your body feel safe and supported
💛 Remember that progress comes from consistency, not perfection
Your body is constantly communicating with you. The more we learn to listen, the better we can support it.
Which of these rituals already helps you? Which one are you adding to your routine this week? Tell me in the comments. I’d love to hear. ✨

If you’ve been feeling off before your period —
more tired, more emotional, more uncomfortable…
Please know this: you’re not broken.
Your body is speaking.
Menstrual wellness isn’t about doing everything at once.
It’s about listening, supporting, and starting small.
Save this as a gentle check-in for the next cycle. 🌿
And if you want more cycle-syncing rituals, I’ll be sharing them here.

We’ve been taught a lot of misinformation about PMS — and honestly, it’s time to unlearn it. 🌙
PMS is not “just mood swings.”
It’s not the same as your period.
It doesn’t look the same for everyone.
And no — it’s not made up.
Premenstrual symptoms are linked to real hormonal shifts, inflammation, and changes in neurotransmitters like serotonin. Which means if you feel it in your body, it’s real — and it deserves care, not dismissal.
The good news? Pain, overwhelm, and monthly dread are not things you’re meant to just “push through.” With the right lifestyle support, nourishment, and gentle herbal remedies, your cycle can feel a lot more supportive — not disruptive.
