Nearing the end of summer I know that many of us have a hard time with these in-between weeks. Childcare can be scarce, patience can wear thin from a summer of activities and looming school to do lists can feel like our summer bucket list is taunting us. (just me maybe?)

Upside down yogi! One of our class favorites- introducing vestibular movement with play ❤️ moves like this can be regulating for kids and helps strengthen their vestibular system- making it more flexible while making it fun!
