At Flex Force Training you’re not embarking on a fitness journey, you’re custom designing it! Anyone can work out.

The best gift I could give you is the knowledge to make you capable of things you never thought you could do and the guidance to continue to do them. It takes someone really dedicated and humble to admit that there is always more to learn. A fitness journey is never ending, not because you'll never be happy with yourself, but because once you have accomplished one goal, there could, should, and wi

What people think group fitness is vs. what it actually is.

What people think:
❌ Everyone is going to watch me.
Reality: Almost everyone walks in wondering the exact same thing when they start. Then class starts, and everyone is focused on their own workout.

❌ I need to get in shape before I join.
Reality: Some classes are harder than others but every class at FF can be modified to meet you where you’re at. Even if you’re completely new to working out! If we feel like you need more support in some of your moving patterns then we may suggest small group or personal!

❌ I’ll be the slowest one there.
Reality: There will always be different fitness levels in the room. We’d rather you feel comfortable in a movement than rush through it anyway!

❌ I’ll have to keep up with everyone else.
Reality: Good coaching isn’t about making everyone do the same thing. It’s about helping each person succeed safely and confidently within their own range of ability.

❌ I’ll feel out of place.
Reality: Trying something new can be uncomfortable for everyone. Every single person in class had a first day, and most of them remember exactly how it felt. Getting to know just a few people’s names the first day is a huge step towards breaking down that stigma! Everyone is excited to meet you!

❌ Everyone else is confident.
Reality: Confidence isn’t usually what gets people through the door. Courage is. Even people who have been coming for years still get assigned new exercises that they’re unfamiliar with. What we want to ensure is that FF is a place you feel safe to try new things!

At Flex Force, we know walking into a new gym can feel vulnerable.

You might worry that you’ll be behind, that you’ll do something wrong, or that everyone else has it figured out.

Those thoughts are normal.

Our job isn’t to expect you to show up fearless.

Our job is to make sure you feel supported enough to keep coming back while you build that confidence in yourself! You got this 🫶🏼

Yesterday we celebrated Caroline!

One of the things we admire most about you is how unapologetically yourself you are. You’re funny, confident, a little sassy, and never afraid to speak your mind—but beneath all of that is someone who brings so much laughter and light to the people lucky enough to know you.

We hope you never lose that spark that makes you, you. Wishing you a year full of joy, growth, belly laughs, and moments that remind you just how loved you are.

Join me in wishing Caroline a Happy Birthday! 🎈

110 sessions ✨

Consistency deserves to be celebrated, and today we’re celebrating Lauren for hitting 110 sessions at Flex Force! 🎉

From small group training to trying all kinds of classes, Lauren has shown up again and again, not because every workout was easy, but because every workout was worth it.

Progress isn’t built in one perfect workout. It’s built in the decision to come back.. over and over again.

110 sessions means: Choosing yourself. Building strength one workout at a time. Stepping outside your comfort zone. Becoming part of a community that cheers you on.

Lauren, we’re so proud of your commitment, your willingness to try new things, and the energy you bring to every room you walk into. Here’s to the next 110! 💕

Help us congratulate Lauren!

Walk into Flex Force on any given day and you’ll see something pretty special.

A college student setting up next to a retiree.
A nurse unwinding after a 12-hour shift.
A business owner squeezing in an hour before work.
A mom finally taking time for herself.
Someone training for their first 5K.
Someone who’s just trying to make it through a hard season.

Different ages.
Different careers.
Different backgrounds.
Different goals.

The one thing they all have in common? They show up for themselves—and before long, they start showing up for each other.

Some friendships here have a 30-year age gap. Some people would have never crossed paths if it weren’t for this gym. Yet you’ll find them cheering each other on, celebrating wins, laughing through workouts, and reminding each other they’re capable of more than they thought.

Fitness is what brings us together.

Community is what keeps us coming back.

At Flex Force, you don’t have to fit a certain mold to belong here. You just have to walk through the door.-

Some people come to the gym to slow down.

They use their workout as a chance to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.

Others walk through our doors because they need 45 minutes where they don’t have to think about the email, the bills, the stress, the diagnosis, or the never-ending to-do list.

They don’t want silence.
They want loud music.
A coach telling them what comes next.
A room full of people working toward something together.
A chance to laugh, sweat, and leave feeling just a little lighter.

Neither approach is more “right.”

At Flex Force, we know movement can be meditation… or it can be an escape. Sometimes it’s both in the same class.

Whatever you need today, we’re here for it.

Because fitness isn’t just about changing your body. Sometimes it’s about giving your mind exactly what it needs for one hour.

Choose your fitness adventure. We’ll meet you there.

At Flex Force, we welcome people with aesthetic goals. If you want to build muscle, lose body fat, feel stronger in your clothes, or work toward a specific look, that’s okay. You don’t have to pretend those goals don’t matter to you.

But we also believe you’re more than a body.

We’ll challenge you. We’ll hold you accountable. We’ll help you work toward your goals. At the same time, we’ll remind you that your worth isn’t determined by a number on the scale, the size of your jeans, or whether your workout was perfect this week.

This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. A space where being human is welcome. Where bad days happen, progress isn’t always linear, and your mental health matters just as much as your physical health.

Our hope is that you leave with more than stronger muscles. We hope you find confidence, community, and people who love your laugh, your personality, and your presence, not just your matching set.

Because fitness should improve your life, not become your life 💕

Happy Birthday, Ian! 🎉💪

When Ian first came to Flex Force, he wasn’t just looking to lift heavier weights—he was looking to move better, feel better, and build a body that would serve him well for years to come.

Since then, he’s done exactly that.

His consistency is second to none. He shows up, puts in the work, trusts the process, and the results speak for themselves. Not only is he incredibly strong, but he’s built strength with purpose—focusing on mobility, function, and longevity along the way.

Ian is proof that fitness isn’t just about what you can lift today; it’s about creating a foundation that keeps you active, capable, and thriving for decades to come.

We’re lucky to have you as part of the Flex Force family. Help us wish Ian a very happy birthday! 🎂🎈🎉

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that people don’t just take classes—they interpret them.

Two instructors can teach the exact same format and create completely different experiences.

One spin class might feel like a party. Another might feel like a challenge. One yoga class might leave you energized. Another might leave you feeling grounded. Neither is wrong—they’re simply different expressions of the same craft.

And speaking of craft… we’re always working on ours.

The instructor you took a class from two years ago isn’t the same instructor today. They’ve learned, practiced, evolved, made mistakes, attended trainings, received feedback, and grown. The class itself has likely evolved too.

So when someone says, “I don’t like spin,” or “I tried yoga once,” or “Barre isn’t for me,” I always wonder:

Did you not like the exercise… or did you just not connect with that particular experience?

Your preferences absolutely matter. Feedback is valuable. Knowing what you enjoy helps us guide you toward classes you’ll love.

But try not to generalize an entire format, an entire type of exercise, or even an instructor- based on one moment in time.

You might be one class away from discovering something you never knew you’d love.

Growth happens for instructors.

Growth happens for members.

And sometimes the best experiences begin when we’re willing to try again, or understand why we resonate with certain things and not with others.

As a small business, feedback means everything to us!

Come for the workout. Stay for the laugh.

Sure, we’re here to help you get stronger, move better, and take care of your future self.

But somewhere between the squats, the dumbbells, and the “one more round,” something else happens.

Someone tells a ridiculous story.
Someone accidentally creates a new inside joke.
Someone says, “I almost didn’t come today,” and leaves feeling like a completely different person.

The workout is what gets people through the door.

The laughs, friendships, encouragement, and feeling of belonging? That’s what keeps them coming back.

Fitness doesn’t have to feel lonely.
It doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
And it definitely doesn’t have to feel serious all the time.

At Flex Force, we work hard. We laugh harder.

Come for the workout. Stay for the people.

🎉 500 Sessions for Lisa! 🎉

Five hundred sessions. Let that sink in for a minute.

When Lisa first joined Flex Force, she came through a family connection. What started as a simple introduction turned into years of showing up, putting in the work, and becoming an important part of our community.

Because 500 sessions don’t happen by accident.

They happen one early morning, one workout, one decision at a time. They happen when you choose to keep going, even when life gets busy. They happen when fitness becomes less about motivation and more about taking care of yourself.

Lisa has been a steady presence at Flex Force for years. She’s proof that the biggest transformations aren’t built in a day—they’re built through consistency, patience, and a willingness to keep showing up.

Lisa, we’re so proud of this milestone and grateful to have you as part of our Flex Force family. Thank you for trusting us with your journey and for being such a wonderful part of what makes this community special.

Help us celebrate Lisa and her incredible 500-session achievement! ❤️🎉
