IBOA is proud to welcome Ravshan Ganiev as our ππππ ππ±π ππππ‘π§π’πππ₯ πππ―ππ₯π¨π©π¦ππ§π & ππ§πππ«π§πππ’π¨π§ππ₯ πππ₯πππ’π¨π§π¬ πππ―π’π¬π¨π«.
Ravshan brings decades of basketball experience as a former player, referee, federation executive, and 3x3 development professional. He previously served as Secretary General of the Basketball Federation of Uzbekistan and represented the federation in international basketball settings.
His background includes referee development, 3x3 officiating, event operations, basketball administration, and international program development. Ravshan has also worked directly with IBOA, including officiating at the IBOA 3x3 Nacla Cup.
In this role, Ravshan will support IBOAβs 3x3 technical development, referee education, clinic structure, event operations, and international relations. He will also help identify qualified instructors, officials, and basketball professionals who can contribute to IBOA programs and strengthen our international network.

IBOA is proud to welcome Ben Moore as our ππππ πππππ«ππ πππ―ππ₯π¨π©π¦ππ§π πππ§ππ¨π«.
Ben brings more than two decades of basketball officiating experience, including NCAA competition and postseason assignments. He also brings 33 years of experience as an educator in Philadelphia.
In this role, Ben will support emerging officials through mentorship, preparation, rules education, professionalism, communication, and leadership development.
His experience and perspective will also be valuable as IBOA continues developing its referee education initiatives and future officials training opportunities.

Behind every IBOA 3x3 youth clinic is a structured curriculum designed to help young athletes learn, grow and compete.
IBOAβs youth sessions combine structured instruction, progressive skill development, small-sided activities and organized FIBA 3x3 gameplay.
Designed for youth ages 6β17, the program helps participants strengthen basketball skills while developing communication, decision-making, teamwork, confidence and sportsmanship.
These pages offer a preview of the instructional philosophy and framework that guide every IBOA 3x3 youth session. The complete 10-page curriculum is used internally by IBOA staff members and coaches to support consistent, development-focused programming.

We're pleased to welcome Coach Dave Gounis as our newest Volunteer IBOA3x3 Skills Development Coach.
Coach Dave brings a passion for player development, youth mentorship, and basketball instruction. Through our FIBA 3x3 youth clinics, camps, and community programs, he'll help young athletes build strong fundamentals, sharpen decision-making, and grow their love for the game.
He joins IBOA as we continue expanding youth opportunities through FIBA 3x3 β the Olympic discipline of the game.

π Another great day introducing FIBA 3x3 through fun & interactive summer camp activities!
This week, IBOA 3x3 brought its FIBA 3x3 Youth Discovery Clinic to Philadelphia Parks & Recreation summer camp at Cohocksink Recreation Center, introducing campers ages 6β12 to the Olympic discipline of FIBA 3x3.
Great energy from these campers as they learned, played, and experienced the game through fun, interactive activities. π
