Temple Ice Owls Spotlight: “Freeman”

Rounding out the returners for the Owls is sophomore forward Darren Freeman ( #28). With strong speed and a wicked shot, Freeman is poised to step into a larger offensive role this season. The winger brings his crafty style of play to a roster looking to build something special at Temple. Away from the rink, Freeman can be found pumping iron at IBC and heaving bricks on NBA 2K.

Temple Ice Owls Spotlight: “Luca”

With one year at Temple already under his belt, defenseman Luca Palachick returns to bolster the Owls’ blue line. Standing 6’7” tall, Palachick’s game showcases an impressive display of swagger and grit (be on the lookout for his signature celebration). With quick feet and a shot that always seems to get to the front of the net, watch for #42 to make a difference this season for the Cherry & White.

Temple Ice Owls Spotlight: “Gordo”

While only in his second year at Temple, goaltender Miles Gordon shows great promise between the pipes. Standing six feet tall and weighing 190 pounds, ( #30) is an unpleasant task for shooters to try to beat. With a quick glove-hand, Gordon adds to an impressive cast of goalies the Owls will have in net this upcoming season. Away from the rink, you can find him studying Clash Royale on the fourth floor of the Charles Library.

Temple Ice Owls Spotlight: “Fallon”

At 6’3”, Owls forward Tristan Fallon is no easy task for opposing defensemen to handle. The sophomore from Coatesville uses his large frame to win puck battles along the boards and help his teammates find success. While owning his big personality on the ice, Fallon also carries that with him away from the rink, something his teammates and friends admire about him. Be on the lookout for #86 and his red hair this fall when the Owls hit the ice!

Temple Ice Owls Spotlight: “Dano”

After being away from the game for five years, second-year forward Dano Malik arrived at Temple last season and instantly made a difference. With a tenacious forecheck and a knack for hard work, Malik is the embodiment of Philly hockey. A selfless player and teammate, he serves a large role in strengthening the Owls on and off the ice. Away from the rink, the talented musician enjoys playing and traveling with his band “Wayside.”

Goaltender Joey Gambino ( #33) is entering his third year with the Owls and has his sights set on success. The junior from Ambler, PA brings a calm presence to both the crease and the locker room. With impressive patience and smooth tracking, Gambino has what it takes to be a difference maker in net. He and the Owls are getting set for a new era of Cherry & White at the Northeast SkateZone!

Temple Ice Hockey is excited to welcome Logan Dicus to the Owls for the upcoming season!

A reliable defenseman, Logan joins Temple after competing with Genesis Hockey Club. Off the ice, he’ll be pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Temple University.

We’re excited to see Logan bring his compete level, hockey IQ, and dedication to the Cherry & White.

A skilled forward, Joey joins Temple after playing with Mercer AAA. Off the ice, he’ll be pursuing a degree in Real Estate at Temple University.

Temple Ice Hockey is excited to welcome defenseman Fritz Berback-Rosengreen to the Owls for the upcoming season!

A strong presence on the blue line, Fritz joins Temple after competing with West Chester NCDC / USPHL Premier. Off the ice, he’ll be pursuing a degree in Finance at Temple University.

We’re excited to see what he’ll bring to Broad Street.
