A graduate from Temple University with additional studies from Pennsylvania State University, Brian is also an AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor as well as a licensed R.I.P.P.E.D.™ and INSANITY™ instructor. As a football player/coach from the time he could walk, Brian brings the sports mentality and expertise to each class.
