U08 and U10 Beginner Youth Skills Training 2026 : Philly Hockey Club LLC Philly HC will run outdoor beginner and youth skills training programs for our club and non-club players U8 and U10 during the Autumn season. The program will take place indoors on a Sport Court surface at Philly Sport Center over a block of six training sessions.

Join us for a USA Field Hockey Discover Field Hockey Clinic, a fun 90-minute introduction to one of the world’s fastest-growing Olympic sports!

This beginner-friendly experience is designed for boys and girls ages 6–13, with trained coaches teaching the fundamentals through fun games and activities. No experience necessary!

We’re proud that Philly Hockey Club and Philly Sport Center are partnering with USA Field Hockey by donating the facility and coaching staff to help introduce more young athletes to the sport.

Looking for a fun way to build skills this winter? Our Intro to Indoor Hockey Clinic is the perfect place to start!

Whether you’re brand new to field hockey or looking to experience the fast-paced game of indoor hockey, this clinic is designed to help young players learn the fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment.

We’ll cover:

Open to boys and girls in U08, U10, U12 & U14. No Philly Hockey Club membership is required, and loaner indoor sticks are available—just bring your energy!

Train in a climate-controlled indoor facility on the SportCourt at Philly Sport Center, so the weather is never a factor.

Already planning to attend Tryout 3 in August? This clinic is the perfect way to sharpen your skills, get more touches on the ball, and build confidence before tryouts.
