Good afternoon, FITGORILLA family! 🦍💪🏾

I’ve made the executive decision to move FITGORILLAHQ forward as a fitness activewear company only for the time being.

This past weekend brought some major changes into my life, and I’ll now have my kids with me more. Because of that, I’ve decided to step away from personal training and working directly with fitness clients.

This next chapter is about creating a business that allows me to continue building FITGORILLA, while also giving me the flexibility to be present for my kids and spend more time with them.

FITGORILLA isn’t stopping—we’re simply evolving. 🦍

My focus will now be on building the activewear side of the brand, growing our community, creating great content, and taking FITGORILLA to the next level.

Sometimes life changes the plan, but that doesn’t mean the vision changes.

I’m extremely excited about this next chapter—for myself, my kids, and FITGORILLAHQ.

🚨 FITGorilla Casting Call 🚨

We’re looking for 2–3 dedicated gym athletes to be featured in our end-of-year FITGorilla Hype Video! 💪🏾🔥

This isn’t for everyone—we’re looking for people who truly live the fitness lifestyle, bring great energy, and aren’t afraid to push themselves in the gym. Whether you’re male or female, if you’re a true gym rat, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll get:
✅ Paid for your time
✅ Free FITGorilla activewear
✅ A chance to be featured in official FITGorilla content

🎥 We’re also looking for a videographer! If you have experience creating high-quality fitness or cinematic content, we’d love to connect. Budget: $250–$300.

FITGorilla Community Update 🦍

There will be no activewear drops for the remainder of 2026. We’re taking this time to build something even bigger behind the scenes. Our next collection is planned for late 2027, and we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

For the rest of this year, our focus is on what matters most—building our community. We’ll be putting our energy into growing the FITGorilla Facebook Group, creating valuable content, connecting with you, and helping people stay motivated on their fitness journey.

And we’re not disappearing…

This group was created as an extension of FITGORILLA LLC and will serve as a place where we can connect, learn, grow, and support one another on our fitness journeys. FITGORILLA LLC | FIRST FITNESS EVENT RECAP 💪🦍

This past Thursday marked a major milestone for FITGorilla LLC as we hosted our very first fitness event!

What started as an idea and a vision turned into a reality. Seeing people show up, put in the work, encourage one another, and take steps toward a healthier lifestyle reminded me exactly why FITGorilla was created.

From core work and bodyweight exercises to building confidence and community, this event was about more than fitness—it was about bringing people together and creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of where they are on their journey.

I want to personally thank everyone who attended and supported this event. Your energy, effort, and belief in what we’re building means everything.

This is only the beginning. FITGorilla is committed to creating opportunities for people to move, grow, and become stronger—physically and mentally.

Through this journey, we’ve realized that the foundation of a strong business starts with its people.
