Friday was jam-packed with ACTION! 🇨🇦✨️
I am so proud of our Burlington Masters Swim Team 💚💙💚💙 not just in their swimming - but how EVERYONE stepped up to help each other out. Sharing food, caps, goggles, lifting each other up after the Hard Races, and Celebrating the Good Ones! 😃
I had so many other Teams Coaches and Club Members coming up to tell me how our "UNIT" really is a Great Group of Supportive and Awesome Swimmers 🏊🏻‍♀️ 🏊🏻‍♂️ 📣📣📣 Cheering each other on! And we are FAST! 🚀
(Plus we have the Best Flags 🚩🚩🚩🚩 hands down!)

On a personal note 📝 I was THRILLED to take home each Medal Colour 🥇🥈🥉 from my swims today!
🥇 GOLD and NATIONAL CHAMPION 🇨🇦🏆 in the 1500 Freestyle "MILE" Event!
🥈 SILVER in the 200 Freestyle Men's 30-34 AG!
🥉 BRONZE on our 4 × 50m Freestyle RELAY! - the Final event of the night 🌙 everyone rallied and swam a GREAT strong final race!

The OFFICIAL HYPE ELF 🧝🏻‍♂️💚💙✨️ I kept the energy up all day long - and am just as excited for tomorrow!

So excited 😁 to return to Windsor for Swimming 🏊🏻‍♂️ Nationals next weekend! (May 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 2026)
Last time we were in Windsor was at Nationals in May of 2024 [2 years ago!]
I am returning this year for the 3rd-consecutive-Nationals in a Row [Windsor '24, Saskatoon '25, Windsor '26] with my BMSC 💚💙💚💙 (Burlington Masters Swim Club) as a Swimmer 🏊🏻‍♂️ - and more importantly as a COACH 🤩⏱️

In 2024 we had 12 of us from the Team Racing, this Year we have OVER 30 OF US!!! THIRTY+!
The entire NATIONALS 🇨🇦 Atmosphere is incredible - nearly 1,000 swimmers from all Across the Country - from 18 year olds, to swimmers in their 80's, 90's - and even over 💯!!! Team Dinners 🍽, Windsor Border City experiences, and of course the RACES 🏁
I am set to race my usual "FREESTYLE 3K":
The combo of the 100 Free, 200 Free, 400 Free, 800 Free, and 1500 Free! And to help our Team Maximize Points I am even going to race the 50 Free as my 6th Individual Event; and then Race on EIGHT (😎 Relays!!!

14 Events in 3 Days is going to be a LOT!
But this Elf 🧝🏻‍♂️ is soooooooo READY! ✨️
