Walkthrough Wednesday: Susquehanna Garage

Decades of history are packed inside this abandoned Fishtown auto garage.

Cars, tires, scrap metal, and years of stuff left behind since the ’80s, this property has quite a story to tell.

In partnership with Michael DiBella, we’re taking on this project as the property heads toward a full transformation. The existing building will eventually come down to make way for a new home.

Our crew just completed a full gut demolition on this two-story South Philly rowhome — taking the interior down, clearing out the debris, and leaving behind a clean slate for the next phase of redevelopment.

When the demo is done, the site should be ready for the crews coming in behind us. That’s the standard.
