I just wanted to share some videos and photos from my trip to Nazaré to see the big wave surfers. It’s been an amazing couple of days with some spectacular waves and rides. What a display of the power of nature. It’s good to feel small sometimes 🙂 helps us put things in perspective. Sending you a lot of love!

Hello from Virginia 👋🏼 enjoying some time with family while I work. Been really reminded to enjoy this sun and Fall 🍁 weather while we can. Daylight savings just happened in the States and so days are shorter and winter is coming 🥶 so just trying to get out there and ENJOYYY! Take advantage while we can!

Decided to share someone else’s words today—because they are much better than anything I could express. When I realized that my pain connects me to others rather than separates me. That changed my perspective on me as an individual connected to all of humanity. When we open ourselves to others we become more open to ourselves.

Honestly she says it better than I ever could. I might have to start making this a new trend. She certainly steals the show wherever she goes. 👉🏼Go on a walk
👉🏼Take 4 or 5 deep breaths
