Today, the Alabama Spitfires pause to remember September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our nation.

We honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken far too soon, the first responders who ran toward unimaginable danger, and the countless heroes—both known and unknown—who demonstrated extraordinary courage, sacrifice, and compassion.

Twenty-five years may have passed, but we will never forget the lives lost, the families forever changed, or the bravery witnessed that day. We also remember how, in the darkest of moments, Americans came together. Neighbors helped neighbors, strangers cared for one another, and flags flew proudly in every direction.

Today, we stand together not only as teammates, but as Americans. We remember those who never made it home, those who gave everything to save others, and all who continue to carry the weight of that day.

May we never forget their names.
May we never forget their sacrifice.
May we never forget September 11, 2001.

The Alabama Spitfires are proud to stand in support of NICU Awareness Month 💜

For many families, the journey into parenthood begins not at home, but in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. These tiny warriors fight their biggest battles in their very first days of life, surrounded by incredible doctors, nurses, and caregivers who dedicate their lives to giving them a fighting chance.

This month, we skate for the smallest fighters with the biggest strength. We skate for the parents who spend long days and sleepless nights beside incubators. We skate for the nurses and medical teams who provide hope, care, and miracles every single day.

The NICU community represents courage, resilience, and unwavering love. The Alabama Spitfires are honored to help raise awareness and stand with every family whose life has been touched by the NICU.

💜 To the babies still fighting, the families supporting them, and the heroes caring for them — we stand with you.

The Alabama Spitfires are proud to stand in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 💛
No child should ever have to face a battle with cancer, yet thousands of brave kids fight this fight every single day with incredible courage. Their strength, resilience, and determination inspire all of us.
This month, we honor the young warriors battling cancer, the survivors who continue to show us what perseverance looks like, and the families who stand beside them through every challenge. We also recognize the doctors, nurses, and researchers working tirelessly to bring hope, healing, and a cure.
Childhood cancer awareness is about more than statistics — it’s about shining a light on these courageous children and reminding them they are never alone in their fight.
