Estaba nerviosa, hace muchos meses no había ofrecido mi práctica a un grupo. Pero cómo iba a negarme? El servicio y la práctica me estaban llamando... atendiendo pues al llamado: Arjuna, haz lo que te corresponde sin esperar los resultados. Entrégate devótamente y confía, como te enseña el dulce Bhakti, mi amadísimo Bhakti.
Esta fue mi primera vez de ofrecer un clase de yoga no sólo en inglés, sino en ambos idiomas --también español-- en simultáneo!!
Un bonito desafío para mí, una inesperada hermosa primera vez.
Ni mi energía ni mi cuerpo estaban para dar... por el contrario, me sentía triste, paralizada, desesperada, drenada, agotada, terriblemente confundida y perdida.
Y sin embargo, la vida regalándome confirmaciones: recuerda, el camino es por acá, suelta y confía, sigue, con constancia.
De la práctica se derivan los frutos.

I was nervous; it had been many months since I had offered my practice to a group. But how could I refuse? Service and practice were calling me... so I answered the call: Arjuna, do what is required of you without expecting results. Devote yourself and trust, as sweet Bhakti teaches you, my beloved Bhakti.
This was my first time offering a yoga class not only in English, but in both languages—including Spanish—simultaneously!
A beautiful challenge for me, an unexpectedly beautiful first time.
Neither my energy nor my body was up to giving... on the contrary, I felt sad, paralyzed, desperate, drained, exhausted, terribly confused, and lost.
And yet, life keeps giving me confirmations: remember, the path is this way, let go and trust, keep going, with perseverance.
Practice pays off.
