One thing I love about our new wrestling coach at All In One is seeing just how deep the game of wrestling really is. 🤼‍♂️
You can wrestle for years, coach for years, and still have somebody come in and show you a completely different technique, setup, finish, or way of looking at a position.
One thing I really appreciate about Coach Zach Edmonds is that he doesn’t just show a technique and move on. Lots of Reps, And He takes the time to break down WHY the technique works, WHY we do it a certain way, and WHY we add certain details to it. That helps the kids understand wrestling instead of just memorizing moves.
That’s what makes this sport so great you’re NEVER done learning. As a coach, I’m learning right alongside these kids and adding more tools to my own toolbox every day.

Different minds, different experiences, and different perspectives in the room only make all of us better.

We’re building something special at All In One Wrestling. 🦍💪

Stay hungry. Stay coachable. Keep learning.

One Team. One Family. SILVERBACKS! 🦍

Another great night for the beginners class for All In One Silverbacks! 🦍

The room was full of kids putting in work, learning technique, and getting better with every rep. Our coaches aren’t just showing them what to do, they’re on the mat with them, breaking things down and making sure they understand the why behind what they’re learning.

We’re building wrestlers from the ground up. Some of these kids are brand new, some are already competing, but every one of them has a place on our mat.

The goal is bigger than winning matches. We want these kids to build confidence, discipline, toughness, and a love for the sport that keeps them coming back.

We’re excited about the direction this program is headed and even more excited for what’s ahead.

The Silverbacks are just getting started. 🦍🧑🏻‍🫯‍🧑🏽

🔥GLOW WRESTLING IS COMING TO ALL IN ONE! 🔥

We’re always looking for ways to keep these kids working hard and having fun while they do it! 💪🤼

On certain practice days, we’re going to shut the regular lights down, fire up the BLACK LIGHTS, throw on some glow gear, and let the kids have some GLOW-IN-THE-DARK WRESTLING FUN! 🟢🟣🔵🟡

They’ll still be drilling, wrestling, sweating, and getting better, we’re just turning the FUN level up a little! 😎

And now the real question… let’s see how long it takes for them, to start following us on this one too! 🤣🤣I give it couple days lol.

We’re proud to officially announce Beau Switalski as one of our Co-Captains! 🦍💪

Beau has earned this position by doing more than just winning matches. He’s becoming a leader on and off the mat. Some days you’ll see him up front leading warm-ups, helping set the pace, encouraging his teammates, and showing the younger athletes what it means to work hard.

His accomplishments already speak for themselves — Deep South Nationals Champion, Alabama State Games Champion, and multiple podium finishes at tough tournaments. But what we’re most proud of is the athlete and teammate he’s becoming.

And Beau isn’t just a wrestler. He continues to develop as a complete combat-sports athlete, putting in work in wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA. Every discipline is helping build his confidence, toughness, discipline, and leadership.

Being a captain isn’t just about being the best wrestler in the room. It’s about being someone your teammates can look to when things get hard. Beau is stepping into that role, and we’re excited to watch him continue to grow.

Congratulations to our new Co-Captain, Beau “The Mayor” Switalski! 👑🦍

ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY. ONE GOAL.
CHAMPIONS ARE MADE HERE.

⚡️🦍 THUNDERSTRUCK AT ALL IN ONE WRESTLING 🦍⚡️

There was no shortage of work on the mats today!

“Thunderstruck” made the perfect song for this video, but it also earned its place after being part of conditioning for BOTH classes today. Every time they heard “THUNDER” it was time to hit a shot. 🤼 And yes… they got to enjoy that TWICE each practice. 😂💪

The Silverbacks are putting in the work and building something special.

New coaches. Fresh atmosphere. Good vibes. Hard work.
Athletes showing up, pushing themselves, learning, and getting better every time they step on the mat.
