So your gut is home to trillions of bacteria, some good, some bad. When the bad guys outnumber the good ones, that’s when you get bloating, cramping, and irregular digestion. AKA your (our) tummy issues lol
Probiotics are just live good bacteria you swallow. They go in and help rebalance the ratio so the good guys can break down your food properly, keep inflammation down, and make sure everything moves through smoothly.
Think of it like your gut is a garden. Bad bacteria are the weeds. Probiotics are you going in and replanting the good stuff so the weeds get crowded out.

Try it!💙❤️
🇺🇸Chips and dip is ALWAYS the way to go, but adding some other things to the plate to balance it out makes it a lot more elevated and fun! A little fruit, a little protein dip, and BOOM!Pretty colors and pretty delish.
Used the Mi Niña® Tortilla Chips chips that I showed yesterday in stories which turned out to be delish! The Organic Blue Corn ones felt a little bit more sturdy for dipping purposes so those were my fave! I’m excited to try their Pico De Gallo chip soon when it’s in stock at my local Publix Super Markets 🤤
The dip was ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt to make it a little bit more “protein-y”!
