Check-in day: 5️⃣ weeks out!
Averaging around 132 and pushes hard to toward the final 5lbs 🎯
This prep has been difficult but we had a great week and keep showing up, putting in work every day 🙂
Biggest focus right now:
Posing- gotta present the work 👠
(This is also where I really struggle)
Let’s get it!
This week:
- 🏋️♀️4xs a week
- 🍲 140p/ 100c/ 50f
- ❤️ cardio 40 minutes 5xs a week
- 👟10k steps a day
Movement changed my life.
Start small. Stay consistent. Don’t give up on yourself.
The only progress we don’t make is quitting. Never give up on yourself!
Limited mobility changes the way I move. Some exercises are harder. Some ranges of motion look different. Some days are frustrating.
But quitting is the only thing that guarantees no progress.
So I keep showing up.
I do what I can with what I have.
I adapt. I push. I keep trying.
To anyone struggling right now:
Do what you can.
Keep going.
And never count yourself out.
I have SPG 10. I started bodybuilding 3 years ago and lost 55 lbs from my peak to the stage. Weightlifting has changed my life and improved many of my symptoms. I am in prep now for my 4&5 show. Don’t give up on yourself. We are all capable of great things!
