WHAT A NIGHT. The car was fast and I was determined to finish strong. After the first couple laps I knew I had a good chance at finishing at the front. Was back and forth with my friends Bolt and Makkinga a lot of the race and it was tight. Turning the last corner and finally finishing the race in first is a feeling I will never forget. My first feature win at Thunder City Speedway. Being in the winners circle with my crew and celebrating after with my friends, family, and team humbled me as I realized what it takes to win. It takes great sponsors, a great team, a great crew, and all of our friends and family that support us each step of the way. I would also like to thank all the volunteers at the track and the Nadin’s for having a great track each week. An extra shoutout to John Trevisanutto for giving us this amazing opportunity and for always being right at the fence cheering us on! I dedicate this race to my Opa (Martin) who could not be with us in person tonight due to health issues and my grandfather (Kevin) who was at the track celebrating his birthday with us!

Overall not a bad night for us! Got hit in the heat and pushed into the tires making us lose a few spots but were able to fight our way back up and then held our spot since we were already in the redraw. In the feature was battling for 2nd and 3rd most of the race but after some cautions ended up finishing 5th! Overall a good night!
