Right as the rain stopped, 10 people joined Quintin for the Art Walk. It was fascinating to learn how elements of downtown Omaha’s original design were thoughtfully integrated into the RiverFront to honor its history.

Our Downtown Omaha YRE has 2 walking loops. The RiverFront loop will be closed from August 5th - August 10th because of the MAHA Music Festival. So - walk the Urban Architecture loop instead or wait and come join us on August 13th for an Art Walk!

The great thing about belonging to the AVA (America's Walking Club) is the opportunity for walks all across the US. Like this one at Painted Mines Interpretive Park in Colorado, part of the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous taking place this weekend.

From our walk yesterday on the Wabash Trace. Our next walk is August 13th at the Gene Leahy Mall. Come to think of it, that location *also* has big chairs! See you then.
