Here is the email that was sent out tonight in case you are not receiving them.

I hope this email finds you well as we have had some players not receiving the emails for some reason. I will post this to the Facebook event page and the Oklahoma City Disc Golf Association FB page as well for visibility.

C Pool:
You may have noticed that your scores might look a little different. It came to our attention that the caddie book was still showing that some tees would be shortened. This was not supposed to be the case and was not put in PDGA live. A couple of teams played hole 4East from the short pad. (Old 6Easts pad that was used during STO), but due to our mistake we cannot penalize those that did not play the hole intended and as only the two holes with two pads(7&12) had the tee position listed in PDGA site we have decided to exclude hole 4East from scoring and recorded all teams as getting par on that hole. I know that hole is in every players top 18 at Dolo East so I hoped you enjoyed playing it for free.

If you have any question during your round your TD’s are available and our numbers are listed in the caddie book if you do not know how to get ahold of us on FB messenger.

We will have raffle tickets available for purchase at Dolese with Nick Hamilton and Eldon with Jon Finder. I will be headed to Eldon after first rounds starts as no pool plays it in the morning.
We are cleaning out storage so on top of the brand new Innova basket and backpack bag we will have tons of shirts, discs, disc displays towels and everything else we could find in storage to give away so you won’t want to miss out.

Payout will be at Eldon after your final round. Please head over so we can get started on it and get you out of the heat as soon as possible.
We will be doing pick your payout for Ams. We will be bringing all the discs and not just this tournaments discs so you will have tons to choose from.

Eldon Lyon bathrooms are unlocked. There are no short tees for Dolo East.
